If items are unsuitable you have within 7 days to inform us. E-mail Customer Service at support@perfectpresence.co.uk giving the Order Number and we will give you a Returns Number to write on your despatch note found on the outside of your parcel.

We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items.

Send the item back to the address printed below and we will then refund or exchange, provided the goods are still in perfect condition, complete and in their original packaging. Please allow 10 working days for this process.

All shipping back to PP is to be paid for by the customer and we recommend that your carrier gives you a ‘proof of delivery’ as PP cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
